Grow the brand you set out to build.

Growing a business without losing what made it work is hard.

As a founder or leader, you're juggling endless priorities while everyone looks to you for direction.

The challenge isn’t just working harder. It’s deciding what to change, what to protect, and how to keep the entire company aligned as the business grows. That’s where I come in.

I help founders turn what they already know about their product, their customer, and their company into a clear strategy the whole organization can follow — so the brand grows without losing what made it work in the first place.

Hi, I’m Kathryn.

I work with founders as their companies grow, helping translate what they already know about their product, their customer, and their company into a clear strategy the entire organization can follow.

As businesses scale, new opportunities and pressures emerge, and it can become harder to see clearly what is actually driving the brand’s success. My role is to help founders identify the strengths that made the business work in the first place and build a strategy that keeps the company aligned as it grows.

For more than twenty years, I’ve led marketing, innovation, and sales for purpose-driven consumer brands. As a founding executive at Freshpet, I led marketing as the company tripled revenue and went public. At Farmer Focus, I helped grow the business into the #2-selling organic chicken brand in grocery.

Today, I advise founder-led brands on how to grow in ways that reinforce what makes them distinctive, rather than dilute it.

How I can help

Most founders reach out for one of two reasons: They’ve built a product and a business they believe in, but as the company grows it becomes harder to translate that original insight into clear strategic direction for the whole organization.

Or they’ve reached an inflection point. New opportunities, new pressure to expand — and want to make sure the decisions they make reinforce what already makes their brand successful.

“Kathryn integrated into our management team with ease and worked with us to create both a more focused brand positioning as well as an actionable plan for our long- and short-term sales and marketing strategies. Highly recommend.
