I help purpose-driven companies become breakthrough brands.

I’m Kathryn Tuttle, and I’ve spent the last 20 years working alongside founders and leadership teams at high-growth, industry-changing CPG brands.

After starting my career with household names like Snapple and Meow Mix, I focused my work in the natural and organic space — often in the seat just behind the founder, helping turn vision into something the business could actually execute.

I’ve been part of teams working to achieve results like this:

As Chief Commercial Officer at Farmer Focus, a mission-driven organic poultry company, I helped scale the business into the #2-selling organic chicken brand in grocery in under two years.

As a founding executive and Vice President of Marketing at Freshpet, I helped bring a completely new category to life — growing the business, tripling revenue, and preparing for a successful IPO.

Over time, I realized my role was consistent across each of these companies.

I was helping founders take what they instinctively knew made the brand work — and turn it into something the entire company could align around and execute.

That’s the work I still do today.

A little more about me

I love what I do — especially the part that often gets overlooked.

Helping bring clarity to big ideas, keep teams focused, and turn momentum into real progress.

My proudest professional accomplishment? Proving to consumers that you don’t have to accept the status quo. You can have amazing taste and the best nutrition. You can have convenience while supporting your community. Brands can do better — and they should.

Outside of work, I’m usually chasing my 6-year-old twin girls with my supportive (and very patient) husband — a US Coast Guard Veteran — by my side.

My style is direct, straightforward, and grounded in empathy and a bit of humor. And because I’m originally from the Northeast, I’m a fast, loud talker who uses my hands. A lot.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside — usually on a steep hike that feels like a bad idea halfway up. That one comes from my parents, who raised me biking, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking whenever we could.

“As the Founder and CEO of Beset, I came to Kathryn at a pivotal moment. Our original business and brand strategy no longer aligned with what we were actually doing — Kathryn brought the structure and clarity we needed. Her ability to translate big-picture impact into a grounded, detailed strategic plan — was exactly what we were missing. Working with her brought immediate clarity to our decision-making and aligned our messaging across everything we offer. ”
